Access Data / Server Log Files
The provider (or hosting provider) collects data about every access to this service (so-called server log files). Access data includes:
Name of the requested webpage, file, date and time of request, amount of data transferred, notification of successful request, browser type and version, user operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address, and requesting provider.
The provider uses these log data only for statistical analysis for operation, security, and optimization of the service. The provider reserves the right to review log data later if there is justified suspicion of unlawful use.
Contact Requests
When contacting the provider (for example by email), user details are stored for processing the request and for any follow-up questions.
Cookies
When users access this service, one or more cookies may be stored on their device. A cookie is a small file containing a specific character string that identifies your browser. Cookies help improve convenience and quality by storing user settings. Cookies do not damage devices and do not contain viruses.
The service can also be used without cookies. Users can disable cookie storage in their browser, limit it to specific sites, or configure browser notifications before cookies are stored. Cookies can be deleted at any time via browser privacy settings. In this case, functionality and usability of the service may be limited.
Analytics (Matomo)
We use Matomo to understand how the website is used and to improve content, navigation, and performance. Matomo may process technical usage data such as visited pages, timestamps, device/browser information, and anonymized IP information.
Matomo analytics can be configured with or without cookies. Where cookies are used, you can block or delete them at any time in your browser settings.
If you do not want analytics tracking, you can use browser privacy settings or content blockers to prevent tracking scripts.
Analytics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand aggregated website usage. Google Analytics is configured with Google Consent Mode: analytics cookies and identifiers are not set until you grant consent via our consent prompt. Until then, only anonymous, aggregated measurement without cookies is processed. IP addresses are anonymized.
You can decline analytics in the consent prompt at any time, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings. More on how Google processes data: policies.google.com/privacy.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
This service uses Google AdSense, an advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display ads. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. Third-party vendors, including Google, may process technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, and ad interaction data to measure and serve relevant advertising.
For users in the EU/EEA and UK, a Google-certified consent management prompt (Funding Choices) is shown to obtain consent for personalized advertising. You can decline personalized ads there at any time; non-personalized ads may still be shown.
You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising in Google's Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com) and learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can also disable advertising cookies via your browser settings.
Revocation, Changes, Corrections, and Updates
Users have the right to request free information about personal data stored about them. Users also have the right to correct incorrect data, block processing, and delete personal data, unless legal retention obligations apply.
